Tiny Art Show

Black Diamond Elementary

BDE students started their year off big with a "tiny art show" at the elementary school's open house this last week.  The students crafted "tiny art" in class, with unique projects that incorporated the elements of art and diverse materials.  Their pieces were then transformed into the "tiny art show" display that the community got to enjoy. Cheers to these students and teachers who put on a stellar show of skill and creativity.   Lucy Santos, a 5th grade teacher at BDE, designed and facilitated the show with the goal of bringing community and creativity together at BDE.  Thank you to all the wonderful community and school staff that supported the "tiny art show".
