At our first ever Share Fair, our students were so pleased to share their work with anyone who passed by, young or old. Students gave us a glimpse into their mind, heart and home.
There was much detail in many of the older kids' projects, and they asked questions and passed on encouraging words to our younger students. One kindergartener told his teacher, "I'm getting so many high fives from the big kids!"
Our Share Fair created a sense of belonging across Southwood, removed barriers, showed belief in every student’s potential and broadcasted student voices, which built both leadership and communication skills.
