FAMILY RESOURCE FAIR
Create connections with community agencies, college representatives, legal resources, transit options, and specialized groups that can help our Special Education students and their families work toward their goals.
Visit the EHS Commons on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
The event is geared toward families of students in Kindergarten through age 21.
Enumclaw Youth Empowered is a local coalition working to educate, engage, and empower our community to support youth and families in the prevention of youth substance abuse.
In partnership with the Enumclaw School District, they will once again be offering Guiding Good Choices this Spring.
This workshop is FREE to parents and caregivers of kids ages roughly 9-14. DINNER and CHILDCARE are included!
Taught by a licensed therapist specializing in youth, this workshop helps caregivers learn how to:
- Strengthen family bonds
- Reduce family conflict
- Support kids to build resistance skills
- Set clear family rules to keep kids safe and make positive choices

March is Music in Our Schools Month
As families and community members, we often only see the results of student music performances; however, music educators dedicate themselves to working with students through practices and rehearsals, pushing students further. ESD is proud to honor our music, choir, band, and orchestra teachers and the impact they have daily. KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION IS OPEN!:
Enumclaw School District offers a full-day kindergarten program at no cost to parents. Registration for new kindergarten students begins February 28, 2023. Please register your upcoming kindergarten students using our website: www.enumclaw.wednet.edu
Items you will need:
- Child's birth certificate
- Proof of residence (lease, utility bill, etc.)
- WA state immunization records that show requirements have been met
Children must be 5 years of age on or before August 31, 2024, for enrollment. For information about orientation, please contact your neighborhood school.
